Seeds of Grace Missions ("Seeds of Grace Missions," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. Donations: name, email address, billing address, and payment information. Payment information (such as card numbers) is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and is not stored on our servers. We do not use cookies, web beacons, or third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Process and acknowledge donations, including issuing tax-deductible donation receipts;
Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form;
Send ministry updates, newsletters, and other communications to subscribers, via Constant Contact;
Maintain accurate donor and supporter records;
Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising or targeted marketing outside of our own communications.

We share information only as necessary to operate the Site and our ministry, specifically with:

Stripe, to process donation payments;
Constant Contact, to send newsletters and ministry updates to subscribers;
Service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g., our website host), who are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us;
Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law (for example, tax reporting related to charitable donations).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Newsletter: You may unsubscribe from our email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by contacting us directly at connect@sogmissions.org.
Contact/Donation records: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at connect@sogmissions.org, subject to any recordkeeping obligations required by law (for example, retaining donation records for tax purposes).

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining accurate financial and donor records as required by applicable nonprofit and tax law, and we delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at connect@sogmissions.org so we can address it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including relying on PCI-compliant third-party processors (Stripe) for payment information rather than storing it ourselves.
